What We Do
CMOS‑SB develops, maintains, and publishes standards that govern how systems interact with human cognition and emotion at scale. Our work ensures that organizations adopt practices that strengthen wellbeing, reduce emotional‑risk transmission, and support healthy population‑level dynamics.

Technical and scientific body responsible for standards development, maintenance, and the Standards Development Process.

Oversees the integrity of certification, auditor qualification, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
Founding Council
Transitional body that convened July 23, 2026, ratified the Founding Document and Standards V1.0, seated the standing governance bodies, and dissolved upon completion of board seating.
